Tatyana Gorb was born on April 27, 1935 in Leningrad. In 1961 she graduated from the Institute of Fine Arts named after IE Repin (Mikhail Taranov's workshop). She studied with Vladimir Gorb, Alexander Troshichev, Alexander Zaitsev, Leonid Ovsyannikov. Participant of exhibitions since 1965. Member of Leningrad Union of Artists  since 1970. He writes portraits, urban and landscape landscapes, still-lifes, genre compositions. Works in the technique of oil painting and watercolor. Tatiana Gorb spend more than 25 years teaching art at the Secondary Art School of Russian Academy of Arts, where she began to work in 1985. Tatyana Gorb's works are in museums and private collections in Russia, the United States, Great Britain and other countries.
